SuddShield

Terms of Service

Clear terms for using our website and working with us.

Last updated: 25 October 2026

In short

  • We give practical guidance. We are not lawyers, the police, or an emergency service.
  • We cannot guarantee outcomes such as content removal or account recovery.
  • We test systems only with written authorization and an agreed scope.
  • Please do not send passwords, codes, or intimate images or videos.

1. Acceptance

By using this website or contacting SuddShield (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What we provide

  • Digital Safety & Abuse Support: practical information and guidance on topics such as online blackmail, non-consensual sharing of private content, impersonation, harassment and compromised accounts, including how to preserve evidence, secure accounts and use platform reporting tools.
  • Business Cybersecurity: authorized security assessments, vulnerability reviews, hardening advice, consulting and awareness training, as agreed in writing.
  • Articles and website content: general information only.

3. What we are not

We are not an emergency response service. We do not provide legal advice and we do not replace law enforcement, courts or your lawyer. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Information on this site is general and may not fit your exact situation.

4. No guarantees

We will act with reasonable care and skill, but we do not promise particular results. In particular, we cannot guarantee the removal of any content, the recovery of any account, the identification of anonymous people, or any decision by a platform, authority or court, and we cannot compel any platform to act. For business work, no assessment can find every weakness and no system can be made completely secure.

5. What we will never ask for

We will never ask for your passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, or intimate images or videos, and we will never ask for payment to “remove” content or “unlock” an account. If someone claiming to be from SuddShield asks for these, do not respond and tell us through the contact form.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate information to the best of your knowledge.
  • Do not use our services or content to harass, threaten, stalk, defraud or harm anyone, or to gain access to accounts or devices that are not yours.
  • Do not ask us to test, access or monitor any system, account or device unless you own it or have clear authority to authorize it.
  • Do not attack, overload or probe this website, or try to access areas you are not permitted to use. To report a security issue in our site, email support@suddshield.com; we welcome responsible reports and ask for reasonable time to fix them before you share details publicly.

7. Business engagements

Business security work begins only after a written agreement that sets out the systems in scope, the methods, the timing, the authorization, and the fees. We do not begin any testing without that authorization. Work outside the agreed scope is not authorized. Findings and reports are confidential to the client.

8. Right to decline or stop

We may decline or stop work if a request appears unlawful, unsafe, outside our expertise, or intended to harm someone, or if the agreed conditions are not met. We will explain why where it is safe to do so.

9. Confidentiality

We treat what you tell us as confidential and handle it as set out in our Privacy Policy, including the limited exceptions to preserve life, protect children, or comply with a valid legal order.

10. Intellectual property

The website, its text, design and branding belong to SuddShield. You may read and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, resell or present our content as your own without permission. You keep ownership of anything you send us.

11. Third-party platforms and links

We may point you to third-party services, such as social media platforms, and to authorities. We do not control them, and we are not responsible for their content, policies or decisions.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SuddShield is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or from guidance given in general terms, or from decisions made by platforms, authorities or other third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. For business clients, the limits of liability are set in the written agreement.

13. Availability

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page is free of errors.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in South Sudan, and any dispute will be dealt with by the competent courts there, unless a written business agreement says otherwise. Questions about these terms: contact us or write to support@suddshield.com.
